1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Maatri Chhaya Society, whether through our website, crowdfunding platforms, or in-person events, are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned, except in rare cases of technical error.

2. Errors in Donation Amount or Duplicate Transactions

If you believe that:

• An error occurred in the donation amount

• A duplicate payment was made

• A transaction was unauthorized

3. Event or Campaign Cancellations

If you have registered or contributed toward a specific fundraising event or campaign and it is cancelled, we will offer the option to redirect your donation to another cause or provide a refund (at our discretion).

4. Tax Receipts

In case of any refund, please note that the issued tax receipt (if any) will become void. You may be required to return or destroy it, as per compliance norms.
