1. Shipping of Donation Kits / Gifts / Merchandise

• If you contribute to a campaign that includes a physical token of appreciation (e.g. T-shirt, certificate, kit), shipping details will be collected during checkout or form submission.

• Delivery is typically done within 7 to 15 business days (India only), depending on your location and courier availability.

• In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery of Tax Receipts

• Digital Receipts: All donors will receive a confirmation and digital receipt via email within 48–72 hours of a successful donation.

• Printed Receipts (on request): These will be dispatched by registered post or courier and may take 7–10 business days to arrive.

• Please ensure your contact and address details are accurate when donating.

3. Delivery Area

• We currently ship within India only.

• For international donors, all acknowledgements and receipts are sent digitally only unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Charges

• In most cases, shipping is free for donor gifts and receipts.
